ULTRA Study: Some Good News


Finally, a study with some good news about the health effects of ultrarunning!

  1. That quote is HILARIOUS! Also, I feel like there will eventually be LOTS studies to prove what we already know about our favorite sports: That if they make your heart, body and soul feel good, that's all the research you need to keep going.

  2. I had a friend send me this study, and I thought, "Oh, no. Here we go again." So, I was very happy to see that they concluded we were healthier, overall. Yay! And I have to believe that anything that makes you happy to be alive is good for you!
